2. What data we collect

When enrolling in a course or workshop, we collect: name, email address, phone number, and age group. This data is used solely to communicate with you about your request.

When subscribing to the newsletter, we collect your email address.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or to perform a contract.

4. Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where required by law.

5. Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary for the purposes collected, and no longer than seven years as required by law.

6. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, and object to the processing of your data. Contact us at info@linguasarah.nl to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use only functional cookies (session and language preference). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Complaints
